Chuck is a Certified Master Inspector and has been involved with different aspects of the construction industry for the last 25 years. He was employed by one of America’s largest manufactured home builders, and has worked with builders to help oversee construction of new homes. He has been involved in the Georgia Dream program, in which he works with future homeowners, and also with Fort Gordon, helping educate buyers and sellers with home ownership and maintenance. He educates agents and future home buyers and sellers on what a home needs in order to qualify for FHA and VA financing. Chuck is also a member of the largest inspection association InterNACHI and Former President of the South Eastern Alliance of Home Inspectors, as well as an active member of BNI.

Dwayne Higdon is born and raised in the CSRA, Dwayne is a CPI (Certified Personal Inspector) with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Dwayne has been a residential and commercial inspector for over 10 years! He is a proud member of InterNachi (International Association of Home Inspectors). During inspections, Dwayne brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and working in the community helping others. We are lucky to have Dwayne as part of the All Star Home Inspections Team!

Chandler is a Certified Master Inspector and also a native of the CSRA and has been in the inspection business for the past 7 years. He is a certified professional inspector with Inter Nachi and a licensed inspector in the State of South Carolina. He is also Indoor Air Quality and Radon Certified. Prior to joining the All Star Home Inspections team, he worked for BTM Management and CDO trims on building and remodeling projects, as well as Petco where his role was lead dog trainer. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and hunting.
